Art Room

Your embroidery order begins in the art room. You tell us about your custom design and we’ll make it into a reality! Every order is mocked up for you to approve before production begins. If you already have a logo — great! We’ll take the next steps to turn it into stitches.


Embroidery is done on Tajima and Barudan Machines. They are industry leading manufacturers of embroidery equipment, so you can rest assured your apparel will look great!

In order to get started we’ll need to know a little about your order… How many items will you need? Do you have a particular brand you’d prefer? How many locations do you need embroidered. Front, Back, Sleeve? Having these answers ready will help speed things along! Below are some additional details that will be helpful as well.

Art Requirements

More likely than not we’ll need to create the stitch file for you.  This is a file that tells the machine how to stitch your logo.  Setup for a normal size left chest or cap logo will be $45.00.  This is a one time fee as your file will be stored in our database.  Larger logos will be quoted by design.

Turnaround for Embroidery

Our standard turnaround on embroidery is 2-3 weeks.  If you need something sooner let us know and we’ll try to accommodate!

Minimum Requirements

We are better suited for orders of 72 and up however, we’ll run orders as small as 24 pieces.
