Screen Printing

Art Room

The screen printing process begins in the art room. You send us your idea, we make it into a reality. Afterwards, we’ll create a mockup with each order, so you know exactly what to expect before entering production. Our art department uses both Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, so if you already have a logo, one of those formats would be preferred.

Equipment

We’ve invested in top-of-the-line equipment because that’s what our customers deserve! We digitally print your artwork directly onto our screens which picks up incredible detail. We also print using high tension screens that allow for crisp, clean designs. The custom printing is done on new presses that are maintained and operated by industry professionals with years of experience. So we’ve covered all bases to ensure your shirts look as good as possible. Trust us with your business and you won’t be disappointed!

In order to get started we’ll need to know a little about your order… How many shirts will you need? How many colors are you planning to print on the front, how many on the back? Do you have a particular brand you’d prefer or will a basic tee work? Having these answers ready will help speed things along! Below are some additional details that will be helpful as well.

Art Requirements

We prefer the following formats if possible: .AI, .EPS, .PSD, or a high resolution .JPG or .PNG.

If you need something new, we can handle that as well. Supply us with the details and we’ll quote your design before getting started. Depending on the complexity, new designs can take anywhere from 2 days to 3 weeks.

Turnaround for Screen Printing

Our standard turnaround on custom screen printing is two weeks. If you need something sooner let us know and we’ll try to accommodate!

Minimum Requirements

We are better suited for orders of 72 and up however, we’ll run orders as small as 24 pieces.
